Support Offerings

I offer calm, steady support for the aging journey and end of life transition. Below are the ways I can support you.

Unhurried Companionship for Older People

Gentle, present 1:1 visits offering conversation, light activities, or simply quiet company. These visits are unhurried and centred around the needs of your loved one on the day. This may include sitting together, sharing stories, going for a short walk, reading, preparing a cup of tea or simply being in calm companionship. My focus is to ensure your loved one feels seen, safe and genuinely cared for.

Visits are typically 120 mins and they can take place in the home, at a care facility or hospital setting.

End of Life Planning Support

Supportive conversations around end of life wishes, values and practical planning. Together we can discuss advance care directives, personal preferences, legacy wishes and ways to approach this stage with clarity and calm. The intention is not to rush decisions, but to bring steadiness and understanding to what can often feel overwhelming.

Sessions are typically 120 mins + and often require two sessions. This can take place at the home or any relaxed environment for example a quiet café.

Support During the Final Days

Gentle support for individuals and families during the final days and hours of life. I offer my presence during the vigil period and can assist in preparing a gentle and comforting space. This may include practical support, quiet companionship, guidance for family members or loved ones and helping to create an atmosphere that honours the significance of this time.

Support can be tailored to the needs of the individual and their loved ones.

Emotional Support Conversations

Informal meet ups to talk, be heard and receive gentle presence. Sometimes what is most needed is simply a safe space to speak openly. These sessions are relaxed and supportive, offering time to process change, ageing, grief or uncertainty. There is no pressure or expectation – only steady support.

Sessions are typically 60 mins

Phone & Zoom Support

Weekly remote sessions for those who prefer to connect by phone or Zoom. This space is available for individuals or loved ones seeking guidance, emotional support or a steady conversation around the ageing or end of life journey. Sessions run for 60 minutes and are intentionally limited to one or two appointments per week to ensure each conversation is held with full presence and care. This is a supportive, reflective space and is not intended as a crisis service.

Sessions are available once per week by appointment.
